Gabbi Pacilli

Gabbi leads our searches for permanent and interim legal support positions, including paralegals, contract managers, legal operations specialists and any legal-adjacent roles.  Her keen ear for listening and genuine interest in learning about her candidates give her a distinct edge in matching clients with top talent. 

She holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Gabbi began her career as a behavioral therapist for children with autism, where she spent several years before transitioning into a leadership role focused on recruiting, hiring, and training. It was through this experience that she discovered her passion for the recruiting process. 

Since then, Gabbi has worked in recruiting and operations across multiple industries, both building and leading teams. In addition to recruiting, she has guided management teams in areas such as employee retention, training, and best practice onboarding procedures. Candidates value her transparent and thorough communication, and clients appreciate her unwavering determination and instinct for pinpointing candidates who align precisely with their needs.
