Kathryn Ferguson

Kathryn Ferguson specializes in recruiting law firm associates, working with clients ranging from AmLaw and mid-market firms to boutique practices. She works closely with both clients and candidates to understand their needs, experience, and goals, and to identify strong, long-term matches.

Her career began in legal marketing at a Dallas-based law firm, where she transitioned into attorney recruiting early in her tenure and quickly took on responsibility for the firm’s recruiting efforts. After her first year, she was promoted to Director of Marketing and Attorney Recruiting, leading the firm’s attorney recruitment strategy while continuing to oversee its marketing initiatives. Over two years in the role, she recruited and hired more than 50 attorneys across a wide range of practice areas and experience levels.

She earned her B.A. in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma. Her background in legal marketing and recruiting gives her a unique understanding of the legal market, allowing her to approach each search with a strong grasp of both the firm’s needs and the candidate’s career goals.
