Mary Powell

Mary Powell specializes in recruiting for legal support positions, including paralegals, legal operations specialists, and other legal-adjacent roles. She works with clients ranging from litigation boutiques to corporate legal departments. 

Her career began as a paralegal, handling discovery, trial preparation, and case management across a range of litigation matters. That experience gave her firsthand knowledge of what these roles demand day to day. In 2023, she transitioned into legal recruiting, applying that hands-on experience to placing legal talent across Texas. 

She holds a B.S in Political Science from the University of Houston and a paralegal certificate from Rice University's Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. Drawing on her experience as a paralegal, Mary brings a practical understanding of the legal profession to every search, with a focus on finding the right fit for both the firm and the candidate.
