Before entering legal recruiting, Max graduated from Boston University School of Law and practiced law internationally. Fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, and French, he is known for his collaborative style, keen market insights, and ability to guide both firms and candidates through nuanced lateral transitions with clarity and precision.
