Sarah McGettigan

Sarah McGettigan specializes in legal recruiting, partnering with law firms to identify attorneys and other legal talent across a range of practice areas and experience levels. She works closely with clients and candidates to understand their needs and goals and build lasting relationships.

Sarah brings more than 20 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience across legal, professional services, technology, and commercial construction. She began her legal recruiting career with K&L Gates, where she spent five years managing full-cycle recruiting for the firm’s Texas summer associate program and supporting the integration and onboarding of lateral associates and partners. She later led the people function for startups and growing companies while remaining actively involved in recruiting and building teams.

Sarah earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin. Her combination of law firm and broader talent acquisition experience brings a unique perspective to each search. She is known for her relationship-driven approach and ability to build meaningful connections with both candidates and clients.
